Here at NeweggFlash, we’re proud to help our customers select and purchase some of the world’s best products at extremely low prices. And even after the sale we stand behind our products with one of the best return policies you’ll find in the online retailing world today. Here’s how it works:


Many of our customers never realize it, but between us and our parent organization, our company actually sells an amazing number of products—well over 1 million different items. With that many individual SKUs in play, it’s really hard to generalize about a return policy—every product and manufacturer can be different. So our advice to our customers is always:

Before making a purchase or attempting a return, always check the PRODUCT PAGES of an item for the most current and definitive statement of that item’s specific return terms.

GENERAL Guidelines

Although the best place to find specific return policies is on the individual Product Pages, there are some general guidelines that apply pretty much across all our product lines. Specifically:

1) All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by contacting NeweggFlash Customer Service.

2) Any product returned for a refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee

3) Unfortunately, the following products just aren’t eligible for return and will be sent back to you at your cost and expense:

  • Any product not purchased from

  • Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers

  • Any product without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product

  • Any product with packaging that is missing the UPC code

  • Damaged or improperly used products

  • Any product for which you have submitted a mail-in rebate

QUANTITY Purchases

While NeweggFlash is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that once the purchase is completed, any order of that size must be automatically non-refundable.

STANDARD Return Policy

  • Return for refund within: 30 days

  • Return for replacement within: 30 days

  • Restocking Fee: Yes

This is our Standard Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which NeweggFlash states, "This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days only") must be returned to NeweggFlash within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply.


  • Return for refund: non-refundable

  • Return for replacement within: 30 days

Products that state, "This item is covered by NeweggFlash’s Replacement Only Return Policy," or items labeled as “Non-refundable” (or similar labeling) must be returned to NeweggFlash within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply.

FINAL SALE Return Policy: No Refunds/Exchanges/Replacements/Returns

  • No Refunds

  • No Exchanges

  • No Replacements

  • No Returns

This is our Final Sale Return Policy, which takes precedence over any other conflicting refund and replacement terms that might be described elsewhere in our Policy & Agreement and Return Policy. Although we cannot take a Final Sale item back, you may want to contact the manufacturer of your product to see if some other resolution is possible.
